14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For eligible online purchases, customers generally have the right to notify us within 14 days after receiving the order that they wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the products must be returned within the applicable legal return period.

Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect an item as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please return products complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Return Shipping Costs

For a normal change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless we state otherwise.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us at yorezia4@gmail.com with your order number and, where helpful, photos of the problem.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods are not affected.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and assessed, we will process the applicable refund.

When a customer validly withdraws from an entire eligible order, applicable EU consumer-law refund rights include the payments covered by the withdrawal, including the standard outbound delivery cost where required by law.

Refunds are generally made using the original payment method.
