3. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Orders

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, for example if:

• A product is unavailable

• There is an obvious pricing or listing error

• Payment cannot be successfully processed

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver to selected European countries.

Estimated delivery is generally 3–8 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

Free delivery is available on eligible orders over €35.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Eligible consumers purchasing online generally have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

Customers should contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where this has been communicated before purchase.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has started.
